This morning Melanie and I were discussing our No New Plastic Year over breakfast. During the discussion, I realized I’m not really passionate about a project about plastic. At least not in the way I’m passionate about things such as being with Melanie, connecting with people, travelling, living sustainably, writing, youth development, education, family dynamics, and making a positive impact in the world. Yesterday was Day 1 of our No New Plastic Month. Today is Day 2 of our No New Plastic Year. Yesterday I was scared about a month, and today, I’m super excited about a year.
